Zeporah Askia
Founder
Zeporah Askia is an advocate for a strong educational foundation, and giving back to your community. Her journey began on Chicago's South Side where she overcame adversity for her education. She understands the challenges, and the benefits of an education. Today, she works to inspire our youth to achieve the best path forward with a technical college, apprenticeship, two or four-year college or university. Ms. Askia is a passionate advocate for at-risk youth and their families, and thus, she is a valuable asset for furthering our organization's mission.

Karita Wooten

Karita Wooten uses her educational background in Organizational Leadership to develop progressive projects and serve as a Senior Mentor to our youth. She has been instrumental in bringing innovative mentoring initiatives to our organization such as virtual mentoring, Lunch and Learn, Friendship Fridays, and Individual Success Plans. She believes everything is possible when efforts are made with right intention and measurable footsteps. Ms. Wooten is a champion for girls’ empowerment and an asset for our organization.
